ICBC has large vertical banners in the claim centers around Vancouver. The banners are intended to promote safe driving in BC. They were printed on the X2 on R banner material, a nylon reinforced product. A pocket was created at the top and bottom to insert a metal rod. The rod holds the banners flat and provides a means for hanging.
