This agreement provides PacBlue customers with additional experienced personnel and extended services that include the following:
   - on-site software orientation
   - on-site support
   - on-site or classroom training
   - enhanced telephone support
   - network installation and support

PacBlue is therefore able to focus on supporting clients printing needs while providing those same clients with enhanced AutoCAD support and training resources.
