About PacBlue Printing Vancouver

Governments & Non-Profit

awarenessWhile “paperwork reduction” may be on your mind at times, print is still the most effective way to communicate with your audience, whether you want to inform, inspire, motivate, or move them to action. And printing responsibly is the “green choice!”

Paper is renewable; the paper and forest products industry plants 1.7 million trees every day, more than three times the amount harvested.

On the other hand manufacturing computers and hand-held readers requires dozens of minerals and metals, as well as plastics and hydrocarbon solvents. And at the end of their short life, electronics have become the fastest growing waste stream in the world.

At Pacblue Printing, we tread lightly on our natural resources:

  • Our affordable full-colour digital short-run production options give you exactly the quantities you need, so you eliminate waste, keep current materials on hand, and optimize turn times.
  • Most of our “house papers” are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody certified or contain recycled post-consumer waste.
  • Our Waterless DI press uses 98% less water and emits 75% fewer volatile organic compounds (VOCs) than conventional offset printing.*
  • We use water-based aqueous offset coatings.
  • For signs and banners, ask for Biodegradable Bio-Banner vinyl and foam core board, Biodegradable Bio-Board (67% recycled post consumer waste) or Biodegradable Fiska-Board (50% recycled post consumer waste)

So if you need to get your message out to citizens, constituents or stakeholders, let the experts at PacBlue help.  Check out our portfolio  to see examples of work we're very proud of.
